Unemployment payments

[Unemployed still]

I'm a July layoff still unemployed. My benefit year in my state began early last January for my furlough, so my benefit year is up even though I'm entitled to more benefit weeks. Has anyone else had this problem where the furlough week hurt the unemployment benefits? Did benefits work out or did they end?

I live in NJ and last year in March applied for unemployment benefits for my furlough. I did get my first extension this month. But told I will have to reapply in March. ;( Maybe we should not have applied for furlough? I was being optimistic that I would not be layed off in July. But I was! (Production - graphic designer) Whatever.
